‘Liverpool have sent scouts’: Romano says Reds are tracking player Arsenal have bid for

Speaking on the Here We Go Podcast, Fabrizio Romano has been discussing Yeremy Pino and the interest being shown in the young Spaniard.

The teenager has been strongly linked with a move to Arsenal over the past week. In fact, some reports have stated that the Gunners have actually made a bid for the young star.

However, unfortunately for Arsenal, they’re not the only English superpower in the mix for Pino.

According to Romano, Chelsea have been tracking Pino, while Liverpool have sent scouts to watch this young player on a number of occasions over the past 12 months.

Romano shared what he knows about Pino.

“Many questions on Yeremy Pino. We have many rumours, it’s one of many players followed by Arsenal, but also by other clubs, for example, I am told that Chelsea have been tracking Yeremy Pino and now they are on Gordon. Pino is a player they have been watching for a long time. Liverpool have sent scouts to watch Pino many, many times in the past year. Top English clubs have been following him,” Romano said.

HUGE POTENTIAL
Yeremy Pino isn’t necessarily one of the biggest names in world football, but when you look at the breadth of the teams who are in for him, you have to conclude that he has huge potential.

Put it this way, if Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool all want you at the age of 19, you must be doing something right, and it’s fair to say that Pino is.

The teenager has been a regular starter in La Liga for two years now, and he’s also a fully-fledged Spain international.

This is a player who could be destined for the very top, and he may well be headed to the Premier League in the near future.
