Liverpool continue to watch€100m Bundesliga talent

Liverpool are believed to be ‘watching closely’ the Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund star Jude Bellingham, according to a recent report.

The 18-year-old midfielder has set the German top-flight alight since he moved to BVB in the summer transfer market of 2020 from Birmingham City netting ten goals and assisting on 17 occasions in just 86 games.

SportBild claim that the Reds to continue to monitor the England international’s progress along with the La Liga giants Real Madrid.

Die Borussen however are interested in hanging on to their prized asset and are rumoured to have been in conversations with his parents about plans for a rebuild this summer.

They’ll be desperate not to lose both Jude and Erling Haaland in the same transfer market, with recent reports stating the Norwegian striker is looking likely to seal the switch to the Reds’ rivals Manchester City.

He’d be an ideal fit at Anfield in a squad that is in need of a refresh in the middle of the park and the board have shown in the past they are ready to splash the cash on the right players.

The outlet believe that the teenager will be the cub’s next €100 million star but are not sure that either Jurgen Klopp’s side or Los Blancos will be willing to pay such a sum.
